This hand-carved hexagonal box comes from the Damascene carving tradition. Mother-of-pearl is inlaid into the carving, and the light walnut finish shows the depth of the cuts and the natural grain of the wood.

Inside, a wine-red velvet lining protects jewelry, keepsakes and other treasured personal items.

Care Instructions

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight, radiators and humidity. No polish or chemicals needed: the natural wax finish protects the wood and mother-of-pearl for many years.
